Heating, Cooling and Electrical Services in Seattle

When the furnace quits on a cold November night or the breaker panel can’t handle a new heat pump, you want a local contractor who answers the phone and tells you straight what your home needs. We have been that call for Seattle homeowners since 2012, working out of our office on S 96th St with a team that handles heating, cooling, electrical, solar and backup power under one roof.

Licensed, bonded and insured. Office hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 24/7 emergency service. Financing available through the GreenSky program.

A Seattle Contractor Close to Home

Our office sits at 430 S 96th St, Suite 9, in Seattle, so we are never far from your home. Taylor Morrison founded the company here in 2012 after years in HVAC system consulting and technical support across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. That background still shapes how we work: we look at the whole house, explain your options in plain language, and recommend what fits your home and budget, not what earns the biggest ticket.

Because one team covers HVAC and electrical, you avoid juggling two contractors when a project touches both. A new heat pump that needs a dedicated circuit, or a generator that needs a transfer switch, stays with one crew from estimate to inspection.

Heating and Cooling Built for Seattle Homes

Our winters are long and damp more than bitterly cold, and many homes here were built without air conditioning. A well-sized heat pump handles both seasons with one system, which makes it a strong fit for a lot of houses in the city. We also repair and replace gas furnaces, add central air, and set up ductless mini splits for homes and additions that have no ductwork.

Electrical Work From the Same Trusted Team

Many homes in the city were wired long before heat pumps, EV chargers and induction ranges asked so much of an electrical panel. Our founder holds a Washington State 01 Electrical Administrator license, and our electricians handle panel replacements and upgrades, rewiring, lighting, outlets and electrical safety inspections. If an HVAC or solar project needs more capacity, we plan the electrical side at the same time so both sides of the job are designed together before work starts.

Solar Power and Backup Power for Outages

When a winter windstorm knocks out power, a standby generator keeps your heat, refrigerator and internet running when the lines go down, and a solar array with battery storage lets you use more of your own power year round. We install and service both, including Generac generators, and size each system to the loads your household actually needs during an outage.

Rebates and Financing That Lower Your Cost

Seattle City Light supplies electricity in the city, and its programs plus the City’s own incentives can reduce the cost of a heat pump or heat pump water heater. The City estimates that 8,000 to 10,000 Seattle homes still heat with oil, and its Clean Heat Program offers rebates for switching from oil to a qualified heat pump.

Income-eligible Seattle households may also qualify for free heating upgrades through the City’s HomeWise program or energy assistance through Byrd Barr Place. We are an approved HomeWise contractor and work with Byrd Barr Place. Through November 25, 2026, qualifying Mitsubishi Electric systems also carry a factory rebate of up to $1,450.

Program rules and amounts change, so check each program’s current terms before you commit. Bring your questions to the estimate and we will talk through your options.

Financing

Serving Every Seattle Neighborhood

From our office near the city’s south end, we work in neighborhoods all over town, from Georgetown, Beacon Hill and Rainier Valley to West Seattle, Ballard, Queen Anne and the north end. Older homes in many of these areas came with oil furnaces, small electrical panels or no ductwork at all, and each of those changes how we plan the job. Outside the city, we also serve homeowners in Renton, Bellevue and Kent, along with the rest of King County and parts of Snohomish, Pierce and Kitsap Counties.

What Our Neighbors Say About Us

Seattle Heating and Cooling Questions

In most cases, yes. The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) requires a mechanical permit to install new heating and cooling equipment, and outdoor units must meet the city’s noise code. Ask us during your estimate which permits your project needs, so there are no surprises once work begins.

Yes. Many older homes in the city still heat with oil, and a heat pump is a common replacement. A heat pump heats in winter and cools in summer, so it also solves the lack of air conditioning. The old oil tank needs to be decommissioned under Seattle Fire Department rules, and the City’s Clean Heat Program may offer a rebate for the switch. Ask about both during your estimate.

Yes. Our team includes HVAC technicians and licensed electricians, so a heat pump that needs a new circuit or a panel upgrade can be planned and installed by one company. That keeps scheduling simple and means one team is responsible for the finished result.
